What did you do before joining Tad Web Solutions?
Before joining the team, I completed a four year sandwich degree in web and multimedia. It was during these four years the true passion for front end web development started, although backend development was also completed.
How did you get into programming and online software?
The best aspect of working within the web development industry is seeing project which you have completed online and representing an organisation.

The key to the success to development is flexibility, the languages are forever changing so it is important to embrace these changes and build them into future projects.
