What did you do before joining Tad Web Solutions?
Worked at Visualsoft as a developer. Before that I done an internship here at Tad Web after I graduated from Teesside University.
How did you get into programming and online software?
Started programming in college and decided I wanted to study it further in University.
What has been involved in your first week with Tad Web Solutions?
Mainly getting to know the team and planning what I’m going to be working on.
What’s your favourite thing about what you do?
Being able to create software that hopefully clients will be happy with and working with great people.
What’s your key to success?
Transparency; being transparent with not only clients but also your colleagues.
