React Native/React.js Developer

  • A salary of £30000 – £40000 subject to skills/experience

We are looking for a React Native/React.js developer to work in our innovative company to help in delivery of front end solutions and mobile apps for clients. In your role as a React Developer you will be working in a small team of other developers to deliver these solutions for a range of different companies from ambitious startups to well established training and manufacturing companies.

As a React Developer you will need to deliver high quality code whilst working with other developers both in-house and externally.

You will need:

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (including modern ES6 syntax)
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks and integration with REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML and CSS, browser support and accessibility
  • Experience with pre-processor CSS languages (SASS/LESS)
  • Ability to communicate well and are able to simplify technical concepts to stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first, responsive and adaptive design
  • Ability to understand front-end users requirements and a problem-solving attitude

Ideally you will also have:

  • Experience developing medium/large scale React applications
  • Experience with hybrid React apps (SSR & client-side rendering)
